Cait grew up in Jenkintown, PA, where she attended Saint Basil Academy. She then went on to Boston University, where she majored in Advertising and Business Marketing.  When she's not hard at work at The Wall Street Journal, Cait is most often seen with her nose in a book and a cup of coffee in her hand.

Cait's favorite thing about Bob is his warmth.  He's quick to befriend people and slow to judge; watching him with his close-knit family helped Cait learn early on that he had a good heart. Bob's a big goofball and jokes around a lot, but can also be very kind and sensitive, which makes it easy to consider him her best friend and closest confidant.

Bob was raised in Spring City, PA.  After graduating Spring-Ford High School in 2006 he enrolled at Penn State and graduated in 2009.  Bob moved to Manhattan and started working at J.P. Morgan in early 2010.  He currently works for Markit, a financial data and services company.  During the fall and winter you can be sure to find him watching his beloved Nittany Lions or Philadelphia Eagles.

Bob's favorite thing about Cait is her thoughtfulness.  She's always going out of her way to make his life a little easier, whether it's making sure Bob's favorite foods are in the house or letting him hog the remote during football season.  When he's looking for something, she's already found it.  She completes his sentences and is his better half.

We met on a blind date the day after Christmas in 2007.  After going on a few dates over Christmas break, Cait flew over to Dublin to begin her semester abroad, and figured she would never see Bob again.  It wasn't until he called to tell her that he had bought a plane ticket to Ireland during his spring break that she realized this could be something.  Six years (3 of which have been long distance) and lots of laughter later, we're tying the knot!

Bob proposed on December 1st, 2012 in Cape May, NJ.  Both families had come into town for the annual Christmas parade, and Bob asked Cait to take a walk on the beach before the fesitivities began.  It was there, on Queen Street Beach, where he dropped to one knee and asked her to marry him. After lots of happy tears, they walked down the promenade to meet their parents, who were waiting with balloons and champagne! It was the perfect day.
